Aromatic Seaweed Butter

INGREDIENTS:

  • Sea Lettuce to taste can be dehydrated or fresh. as you prefer.
  • Fresh cream: 400ml
  • Easy

  • Family Size

  • 10 minutes to prepare + 1 hour in the cold

 

  1. Put the fresh cream in the blender and blend until it turns into butter. If you notice small air bubbles forming, simply stop the machine, stir with a spoon and blend again immediately afterwards.
  2. Using a strainer, rinse the butter under very cold water to remove the excess whey.
  3. Then place the butter in a bowl. Remember to keep it cool so that the butter doesn’t melt.
  4. Add the Sea Lettuce to taste and mix with the butter.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Et voilà!

You can use this butter on bread, meat, vegetables, seafood or any other dish, it’s delicious!
