Chili Tacos with Seaweed

INGREDIENTS

700g minced meat

200g tomato pulp

10g dried Seaweed (equivalent to 50g soaked)

2 large cans of red beans

5 corn tacos

0,5 dl olive oil

1 onion

3 garlic cloves

1 chili

Sal q.s.

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak the dried seaweed in cold water for 15-20 minutes, allowing it to expand. Drain the water by running the Seaweed under running water.

Soak the seaweed in boiling water for 10 minutes to make a broth. Set broth aside.

In a saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic previously peeled and chopped.

When the onion is tender, add in the minced meat, season with salt and stir until the meat starts to brown.

Wash the chilli, open it in half, remove the seeds and chop it.

Add the chili and the tomato pulp.

Finally, add the beans and the seaweed broth and let cook. Stir occasionally until it is cooked and refined.

Retire do lume separe o preparado pelos tacos, decore a gosto juntando as Algas trituradas e sirva por exemplo acompanhado com arroz branco.

Remove from heat, divide by each taco adding the crushed seaweed. Can be accompanied with white rice.
