Hamburguer with Seaweed

INGREDIENTS

Hamburger Angus​

5g dried Seaweed / (equivalent to 25g soaked)​​

1 dentes de alho esmagados​

1 tsp salt​

Black pepper q.s.

1 bay leaf​

1 tbsp olive oil​

1 tbsp butter​

Pickles q.s.​

chips​

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak dried Seaweed in cold water for 10-15 minutes, allowing it to expand. Drain the water by running the Seaweed under running water.

 

Season the hamburger with garlic, salt, pepper and bay leaf.​

 

Heat the olive oil and butter in a saucepan. When hot, fry the hamburger for 2 minutes on each side.​

Add the seaweed and sauces to taste.​

Serve the hamburgers in a plate with a fried egg and a slice of bacon.​

Accompany with chips and pickles.​
