Sea Soup

INGREDIENTS

10g dried Seaweed / (equivalent to 50g soaked)​​

1 fillet Grouper​

100g macaroni (small sized)​

100g prawns​

Olive oil q.s.​

1 garlic clove​

1 ripe tomato​

2 onions​

Salt q.s.​

1 red pepper​

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak dried Seaweed in cold water for 5-10 minutes, allowing it to expand. Drain the water by running the Seaweed under running water.

Heat the crushed garlic clove in a drizzle of olive oil. Add in the chopped onions and stripped pepper and let it brown.

 

Chop the tomato, clean of skin and seeds. Add it to the stew, together with the fish fillet and the seaweed. Cover with water. Season with salt and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

 

In the meantime, cook the macaroni in water and salt. Drain it. After the time has elapsed, shred the fish, cleaning it from skin and bones. Add the Seaweed, the fish, the broth, the macaroni, the prawns and boil for three minutes. Serve the soup with toasted bread with olive oil.
