Seaweed Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 beaded lettuce

1 iceberg lettuce

10g dried Seaweed (equivalent to 50g soaked)

Raisins q.s.

Walnuts q.s.

Green apple in slices

Tomato

Coriander

Lemon

Olive oil

1 tbsp soy sauce

Salt q.s.

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak the dried seaweed in cold water for 15-20 minutes, allowing it to expand. Drain the water by running the Seaweed under running water.

Mix all the ingredients so that it is dry and crunchy.

Prepare the sauce combining limon, soy sauce, salt and the olive oil. Shake well.

Add the seaweed and just before serving dress with the sauce.
