Seaweed Smothie

INGREDIENTS

10g dried Seaweed (equivalent to 75g soaked)

150 ml water

1 ripe pear (Pera Rocha)

1 ripe banana

3 ice cubes (crushed)

Fruit to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak the dried seaweed in cold water for 5-10 minutes, allowing it to expand. Drain the water by running the Seaweed under running water.

Peel the banana and cut the pear into pieces.

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and beat until smooth and homogeneous.

Pour into a glass and drink right away. It can accompany with fruits.
